In case you are ordering it for an international address, the VAT/Import Duties/local taxes will have to be paid for by yourself. If the wrong item was ordered, we will be able to cancel that order for you. This is also possible if you want to cancel just one item in your order. In the event that your items are faulty or damaged, or if there is an issue on our end, we will make sure that you are refunded in full.
