anyaonline.in endeavors to ship purchases within 48 hours of receiving your order. Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges. Shipping within India is a complementary service. Before placing the order you can even check the rate, a quote will be displayed from our logistics partner FedEx.
Please note you at the time of order creation you are clearing the freight charge only custom clearance if any will have to be borne by you or the recipient of the package.
We have a strict policy against under valuation and cannot send as Gift from Anya.

For Shipping within India, please allow 3 to 4 working days for delivery and for international delivery please allow 6 -10 working days.
Any customization like Saree Finishing Packages will take additional time 7 to 15 working days depending on the customization.

All Courier companies make 2 delivery attempts only. In case of unavailability of the recipient, future Modus Operandi is at the discretion of the Courier Company and Anya has no liability for the same. Our staff will get in touch with you as soon as we are intimated by our courier agency. In case the package is sent back to us Anya is not liable to clear and accept the package. So we request you to receive the package and make all details available for smooth delivery.
For international customers, the VAT /Import Duties / Local taxes are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of delivery to Blue dart, our delivery partner. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product/ order prices you pay and are also ungovernable as they differ from country to country according to the local rules and regulations.
Custom charges might be applicable in case of delivery outside India. Customers will be liable for customs charges in such cases.
